Good to see that Ben is building from the back to front with the forward line to be settled alongside Dan. With the back line looking a bit crowded, I wonder if there is room for one or both Sams? It would be a shame to lose either of them.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Samir in a player coach role somewhere. Good luck though Samir.

Sorry to see Calum leave - I don’t think anyone would disagree that he has been the hardest working player for the Darts. Good luck to him for the future - apart from playing against us of course.

Also, Dean Nayler invited back to pre-season training after a year out injured.

Glad to see Samir 'in discussion' though I thought his injury was career-ending. Of course great if it was not and he can feature again.

On this season's showing, the top teams are not the problem - we had a good record against them. It was the lower teams away from home that was the problem.

Add Graham Carr to the list of managers without previous managerial experience.

So Adam Flanagan makes a return to Dartford yet again but as part of Bens backroom team, not sure if he was the assistant manager or not.

Also joining the club as part of the backroom team is Elliot Leveson.

Have to wait and see now if it’s announced that their captain Harry Hudson is joining ...

Clearly a 'marmite' appointment at the moment but I am happy with Ben's appointment. I fully expect an assistant incoming and probably a former defender and also probably someone also known to the club.
