I like you asked a question at the AGM afterwards I looked on companies house and interestingly the original Article of Association allowed for a maximum of 12 board members two of whom could be elected by the shareholders. Don’t think some of our Board members were on the mailing list either regarding the five ( or six, or seven etc ) year plan

Came from our manager. Somewhere along the lines of “playoffs would be a huge achievement, survival was the aim at the start of the season”. Also last season, a member of the board told Ady to just survive, anything else is a bonus.


And that shows the true level of ambition within the club ...

It’s funny the same comment was trotted out several times by Dowson now exactly the same comment from Ady, is someone on the Board telling them ...

Disappointed but we can be stronger next year, a great season with many of players coming from the academy.

Overall it's a positive season, brilliant to see the ground full once again, club is definitely on the up, although it may not feel like it now.

Hopefully we can have a positive start ...
