Re: FA Trophy 3rd Qualifying Round - Hadley FC v Dartford - Sat 4 Oct 2025
The season that just keeps giving, letting in late goals, hoofball footy, poor player recruitment and early cup exits. You can’t blame it all on injuries/suspensions or even the budget as it was increased with all the new sponsorship. Great work has taken place off the pitch from the boardroom ...

Re: Aveley v Dartford Sat 20 Sep 2025
Not at the match today so can’t comment on the game , but can comment on the young knuckle draggers who have been causing trouble of late : St Albans , Ramsgate and now Aveley . There are a few recognisable faces in amongst those out to cause trouble and those wannabes who will follow them , so ...

Regarding the budget. I was originally concerned when in an interview after the Dover game, Pennock revealed “a month into the season, a board member said to me: “just keep us in the league so these games are a bonus for us really”. He revealed these comments were due to “financial constraints ...

To be honest MS , the level of football , tactically and skilfully has vastly improved compared to when we were last in this league under TB ; Carshalton playing us off the park was a perfect example .We are where we ...

Re: Play off Final - Dartford v Dover Athletic Mon 5 May 2025
Becoming Par for the course when DFC reach a play off , never turn up when it matters . Can except a defeat if we actually put in a performance , but a couple of lame shots at goal over 90 minutes is not good enough at any level , especially in a play off final at home . You can say Dover done a job ...

Re: Play off Final - Dartford v Dover Athletic Mon 5 May 2025
According to Dovers forum , their allocation sold out in the first few minutes of being on sale , with some unscrupulous ar**ole buying them in batches and profiteering from them . Lot of anger with many season ticket holders unable to obtain a ticket ? I think we will find that there will be many ...

Re: Play off Final - Dartford v Dover Athletic Mon 5 May 2025
A good statement from the club and appropriate action if Dover fans are in our section.
We should all make sure on the day that we identify any Dover fans and report them to the stewards ASAP.
Well done DFC for a fast response and action.

Re: Play off Semi Final - Dartford v Cray Valley PM Wed 30 Apr 2025
Sometimes it doesn’t pay to time waste or cheat has some would say , and CVPM paid the ultimate price at the end with the Darts last kick of the game resulting in the equaliser. There was one moment when there were four players on the ground requiring treatment at 2-1 , so the ref ; who bought most ...

Re: Dartford v Carshalton Athletic Sat 26 Apr 2025
I think it was a combination of us being awful today and Carsharlton being brilliant . Probably the best team we’ve played up here for a long time , quality all over the pitch and I’m only glad they’re not in the playoffs . Can’t see why we have resorted to the long ball again after playing some ...

Re: Dartford v Folkestone Invicta Sat 5 Apr 2025
First half we were clueless and at 0-2 it was always going to be a mountain to climb, but the lads battled back and deserved to get a point at the end . Not sure why that goal was disallowed right at the death , but half expected with such poor officiating throughout the. As for Folkestone: well ...
