It would help if the management team play the best central defensive unit in the league together. It's time to bring back Ronnie and send Wynter back to Maidstone, his wages could be spend elsewhere, like bringing in a player who could actually get the ball in the box. Would also like to see players played in their correct positions, don't waste Nobes out on the wing etc.

Keep things simple, don't over complicate matters and most importantly, the manager's need to be singing from the same hymn sheet, instead of mixed messages going out to players.
