I know The Supporters Club have a team so there may be interest in the article on the Sports section of Kent On-line today about the history of the game. Although not a player myself I remember it being very popular with the regulars of The Woodman. There still seems to be life in the old pub with rooms to let with the redevelopment seemingly on hold for now. Have sen lights on upstairs from time to time when passing.
