This is one we like to win, but will be as tough as any game in our run in!
Can we finish in 4th or 5th position to get home advantage in the first play-off game? Long way to go yet, and to keep the score board turning is a must!
Looking forward to Saturdays game COYD
Chelmsford City (H) Saturday 14th March
Re: Chelmsford City (H) Saturday 14th March
It's gonna be tough getting up to 4th or 5th: the three teams immediately above us are all on 60 pts while we've got only 53. Although we've got a game in hand, that's an awful lot of ground to make up. Not only do we need to keep on winning virtually every match, we've still got to rely on the others dropping points. Not impossible, I know, so we can still keep dreaming. Putting one over on Chelmo will be a good start. COYD!

We owe Chelmo one after they walloped us at their place early in the season.
5-0 would be nice?

We have to play Bath and Weymouth. With a game in hand difficult but as you say not impossiblesilverado wrote: ↑Sun Mar 08, 2020 4:49 pm It's gonna be tough getting up to 4th or 5th: the three teams immediately above us are all on 60 pts while we've got only 53. When SK took over I backed us each wayat 150/1 - finishing in the top 3 pays a third of the odds.... still in with a slim chance

We are 7 points off third with a game in hand and all the teams involved have to play each other. Third place would take some doing but with the quality we now have in the squad, it's a lot more than just a slim chance.Taunton Dart wrote: ↑Sun Mar 08, 2020 5:44 pm When SK took over I backed us each wayat 150/1 - finishing in the top 3 pays a third of the odds.... still in with a slim chance
