Greenwich Borough resign from the SCEFL

Greenwich Borough have resigned from the Southern Counties East Football League. Evidently it's due to a severe business interruption and not for financial reasons.

What's a "severe business interruption"? AFAIA in the insurance insurance it's a term for some sort of disaster (natural or otherwise, eg a landslide, aeroplane crash, explosion) that stops you running your business.
