We can confirm that Mark Onyemah has today left the club. We thank him for all his hard work during his time with the club and wish him well for the future.
In some positive news after a further scan on his knee Lee Noble’s injury is not as bad as first thought and his return from injury will be a lot quicker than first predicted. Although we don’t have an exact date for his return we will monitor and evaluate it week by week.

Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
I'm very sorry to hear that Mark has left. I had looked forward to him getting fit after his knee operation. I suppose that it is not so much of a shock given the manager's comments in the press about bringing in a left back.

Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
Good luck to Mark O. Always thought he is a very good left back for this level. As been said the manager's interview pretty much gave this away. New signing to be announced soon I guess

Would anyone be able to dredge up Marko's stats with DFC? It feels like his first spell with us was much more fruitful than his second. Shame he didn't get a foothold in the squad under SK, I'm sure he can still enjoy a successful carrier at his tender age.
Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
Made a total of 114 starts, 1 sub and unfortunately no goals.
Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
You have to feel for Mark, he has had more than his fair share of injuries and I would like to thank him for his services to the club.
As for the future, I would imagine that the new management team have already identified that quite a number of our players miss quite a high percentage of games and moving forward, they want players who don't keep breaking down. Now, looking at a few of the current crop, you could argue that there are possibly 4-5 players who fall into the category of " injury prone". Personally, I'm in favour of this approach but if this is a new policy I guess we will see a few more favourites leaving before too long.

MARK ONYEMAH says he leaves Dartford with his head held high after being released by the club today.
The 23-year-old defender originally joined the club on loan from Luton Town in 2015, making his full debut on 8 August 2015 against Hemel Hempstead Town.
Onyemah’s previous club’s include Thurrock, Hampton & Richmond Borough and Concord Rangers and the left-back has been at Princes Park since July 2017.
“My goal to become a Dartford legend has come to an end,” Onyemah said on Twitter.
“I’ve really enjoyed my time at such a great club. I leave with my head held high. Wishing everyone connected to Dartford Football Club nothing but success. Thank you for everything.”
Dartford are in the bottom four in the Vanarama National League South table with 14 points form as many games.
Steve King takes his side to an old club in the shape of Eastbourne Borough tomorrow, a side in sixteenth-place in the pecking order with 16 points from their 15 league outings.

Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
I liked Mark and thought on his day he was a pretty good full back, however injuries have hampered him so understand the decision.
Really hope he gets himself sorted with a new club, he's a decent guy and deserves it.
