Kingstonian (H) FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round

Post by Park Life »

Massive game for various reasons and one i am really looking forward to.

The FA Cup still has the excitement factor for me and i'm still dreaming of the "big fixture" if we can progress further.
The financial side is also a big plus for the lower league clubs and with it being Steve Kings first game in charge i can't wait.

Don't know much about the current Kingstonian side but no doubt they will be well up for this game, here's a look at their last fixture:-

Especially on a Monday. Unheard of. The previous round thread wasn't started until the Friday.

And still very slow. One would have thought there would have been a buzz with regards to it being the kick off to the SK Revolution.

Well, what's not to like about this game?

Hopefully there will be a warm welcome for SK, and a reaction from the squad, who must all now play for their places.

Oh and the carrot of a first round proper place.

Mouthwatering!

not only to get in first round proper but also if where the last ball in the bag we get a bye into second round.

hoping for a good win under steve and also a good crowd because like parklife i get a buzz when its f.a.cup time.

the draw is on thursday and not on monday for some reason

Perhaps its Thursday after all the replays are done because of the bye.

F. A. website says Monday, draw live on BBC2 7-00pm. Hopefully we will be involved after avenging our home cup defeat by Kingstonian back in 1973. A bit of an upset , but season 73/74 didn't turn out too bad after that.
