Just read an article on Kent online saying that the money from winning the game yesterday will pay the bills.
If they hadn’t they would have had to let players go!

To "Cut one's cloth" comes to mind ? We are lucky that our club is run in a more sensible manner.

From Kent Online Saturday's prize money will play for the VAT bill they have just received.

Welling have announced a new manager Bradley Quinton one of the unsuccessful applicants for the Dartford job.

He was also unsuccessful when Steve King was appointed ahead of him at Welling last year apparently!!
