NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the DFCSA will take place in the Princes Suite Dartford FC on Saturday 7th September 2019 following the home match versus Dorking Wanderers, commencing from approx 5.15pm.

When can shareholdesr expect to receive their documentation? … And could the club save money by emailing the docs?

This is the Supporters' Association AGM, there are no shareholders - there will be copies available of the minutes etc available at the meeting. The company AGM won't be until March(ish)

I am hoping to travel down for the Dorking game and my first visit to PP for this season. Maybe I might be able to squeeze in the first half hour of the agm before dashing off for the train. That would be my first attendance at a DFCSA meeting. An opportunity to catch up with those I miss at the game.

Just noticed that The agm clashes with the England v Bulgaria game and I will miss the Tranmere v Gillingham game, but I've always said the Darts are my first team, so no prob for me. Hopefully a travel bonus for me is there are no Premiership games that weekend, so I hope the Club are able to promote our game and attract a few more to the game.

Don't forget, we have our DFCSA Annual General Meeting following Saturday's match - 5:15 in the Princes Suite. All members welcome, and new members welcome on the day.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the DFCSA AGM will now take place in the Terrace Bar, in the Sealtite Stand at Princes Park. All the other details (5:15pm, tomorrow) remain the same.

Thanks to everyone who came today. The Committee resigned, but were re-elected en masse. This coming year is a huge year for DFCSA as we should raise the funds to take us over the £250,000 mark donated since returning back to the borough.
