Darts v St Albans (Sat 12th Jan 3pm)

Post by spike »

With Nobes still suspended, I expect we'll see Billy Crook make his debut.

I'm a big fan of Ryno and Ben as I think they are pretty much the only truly creative players we have and both supply good service for our forwards. However, on the rare occasions that they've both started out wide, Charlie hasn't played up front. Personally I think this would be our best option (with Jampot as the second striker). It would be nice to see it at least once. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the game.

Your suggestion sounds good Spike, this would mean Roberts and Coker on the bench, presumably alongside Darbyshire, Oyenuga and Driver. Haven't heard any news on Marko, so presumably Johnson to cover and Wynter right half as per last weekend. The date is an even number, therefore Charlie should be available?

What looks like a difficult set of fixtures coming up. However, whenever I view every clubs ties it generally seems the same. This is where we (the fans) can play a massive part as usual. Get the drum kits out and all that and give it some noise.

You mean the difficult set of fixtures other than the previous fixtures Arty?
Up the Darts. If Truro can beat them, then......
Looking forward to it. I think.

Agree Ozy. Within reason it's hard to predict a lot of the matches hence for whatever reasons its a difficult league. Should be a close fixture Saturday but honestly believe we can beat them.

I agree Arthur. We will beat them. But disagree that it's a difficult league. I think it's very much between Woking and Torquay. With Torquay probably edging it from what I saw of them. Chelmsford may push them close now that Stringer has found some form and having made a super signing in Issac.
Looking forward to the game.

It's a very competitive league Mr O. Welling i believe have a decent budget (form your own opinion) and yet they cannot get amongst the automatics and will not. It's up for grabs for so many including the Darts. This is a massive group of games now is the time to the players and fans to give it large
