With this game getting ever closer no doubt it will be a tough one and I’m sure welling will fancy their chances this year as they’ve had some real form according to stats etc.
I think we’ve got loads of room for improvement and had some difficult moments this season that is proving tough so far.
Saying this I think it’s 1 point between us so perspective is necessary.
Bragging rights and play off chances up for grabs.

I wnder if they'll put up the admission prices from £12 just because it's us, as they usually seem to do.

Hopefully our most prolific striker social calendar' is free so the managers may be able to select him. I am sure EB has been rested in preparation for the Welling fixtures and would expect him to start but miss out on East Thurrock.
Looking forward to this game and particularly seeing Danny Mills again, he had a few critics but I thought he was excellent for us towards the back end of last year, despite the difficulty of trying to accomadate AP and him in the side when he first came to the club.
Sadly would happily take a draw at this stage and a win back at PP ! Make no mistake they are a decent side this season and we will need to be at our best to get anything out of these games.

An article on Kent Online says Elliot hasn't been able to train of late, but 'the big guns' are in line to return for Boxing Day. The old guard apparently drumming into the new boys just how much Wednesday's game means to the club & supporters, local bragging rights etc. It will be interesting to see what the line-up will be.

Pavey found it tough to make a starting line up for both Havant and now Dover. I bet he'd find it hard to start at Princes Park with the merry-go-round that's going on there.

Can't forget his last minute winner on Boxing day last year though!! Highlight of the season, along with the one at home to Hemel in the Easter mudbath, proper football, proper people!!
COYD.
