Am I not allowed to give my thoughts on the match on a forum? Just because I'm sightly more critical than others on here don't think that's fair to ban me as I've congratulated the lads in the past and again today when we dug deep despite not really being comfortable.
Imagine turning a playoff semi final win to talking about me, pathetic.
I’ve got to say well done utd. Your bottlers comment was probably king’s half time team talk

As you know, Board Members never visit this forum or read the comments but if they did, this one would have said that today's result was jolly exciting and took me right back to those other wonderful days I've been fortunate enough to remember ( and I know i've not been around as long as many of you ) when we were closing in on promotion or some cup success. I'm always very proud of this club - not just for the way it performs on days like this but for all the amazing work it does in the community, to promote the wider game in all its manifestations and at all levels and the way it reflects well on our town. It has, without doubt, been an appalling and unsettling year for our town and the people - and we can never undo that sense of loss and worry that 2020 has brought - but today is a bright point and one to be treasured. Let's hope we can go further. Jeremy.
PS . I did manage to log on to the livestream ok as a single match user but tbh I shut it down during the penalty taking and again for the last 10 minutes. I'm an old man and I can't take the stress like I used to. lol

To think where we were, kingy comes in and gets us to a playoff final. Did anyone dream this would happen. Imagine if we win the final. Taking over from fighting relegation then bringing us up in first season without him having a whole one.
So lucky to have Steve king what a brilliant manager he is regardless if we win the final or not.

According to my website
Steve King became manager on 10th October 2019.
Before he took over & after the loss:
Dartford v Slough Town Sat 28 Sep 2019 FT 2-3 Att 1085
The table looked like this:

After his first league game:
Oxford City v Dartford Sat 12 Oct 2019 FT 0-1 Att 307
The table looked like this:

After the last league game:
Dartford v Chelmsford Sat 14 Mar 2020 FT 3-0 Att 1486
The table looked like this:

Hope that has been of some help.
