My Darling Spike, I loved those 2 guys. Genuine, DFC through and through. That will always be enough to tickle my walnuts. I truly and sincerely believe that many clubs will be jealous that we have acquired in my mind the best around. Lets support him as fans, lets acknowledge where we are currently. Now currently is fact. Let's see what he can achieve. I trust totally in him 1 million per cent. I may be wrong. But if right we should all just roll with it TOGETHER.

Didnt SK say in a recent interview that Nobes would go out on loan but was part of his plans in the future?
Also said today that Ryno can still be part of our run in and it was Ryno that wanted to go to Sevenoaks, I know some people are upset with Ben being let go but I would ask who do you drop out of the current players to put Ben in that would make the team stronger.

We have our Dartford back playing good football and the buzz around the place is fantastic and for the first time for a couple of seasons i now cant wait for the next game

We could have always stuck with Coylie and Flans and be below Welling but never mind we still have Nobes ryno and Ben playing

Agree 100%. In fact I think the overwhelming majority of true Dartford SUPPORTERS are thoroughly delighted with what's happening at the moment as Steve King has massively improved the team and we are most definitely heading in the right direction. The players on the pitch at Dorking gave everything and their efforts were greatly appreciated by the travelling fans. The bond between fans and this rapidly improving team looks to be getting stronger by the minute. The only negativity I'm hearing (on social media plus careless talk in earshot of fans) is coming from ex-players and friends or family of players who have either lost their place in the team or fear that it might be at risk.

Let's be honest, our club went into meltdown after TB departed and the football we were seeing was dismal. Anyone who doesn't understand that we needed to change that situation does not have the club's best interests at heart. For many of us supporters DFC is a lifetime commitment and some people seem to have forgotten that the objective is to run a successful football club, not just serve as a meeting place where a group of players can meet up with their pals for a kickabout once a week. It seems to me that Steve King has raised the bar and maybe it's a bit too high for some people to deal with. Personally I'm loving every minute.

Spot on Spike.
There's a few who would do well to keep their comments to themselves and some in particular not hit the "like button" on social media, especially when they are still connected and on the payroll of the club.

Nicely said spike. Agree totally and I would imagine lots of people feel the same way.

This era reminds me of the John Still era although SK has not had the luxury of a pre-season. Like John, he has drafted in players (really good players) he knows and trusts whilst retaining the cream of the previous management. Very few players pre-John Still remained (TB was one of them) but built a team that was exciting to watch and won promotion and third in what was the National.
It would be nice to have a run in the play offs but if not a run at winning the championship outright next season with the new, polished SK squad would be very exciting and will bring the fans in.

What isn’t there to love? SK has got us playing a brand of football that brings a certain level of joy to the heart. I know it’s early days yet in his reign but I’ve not enjoyed my football so much for some considerable time. I’m now going to matches with a massive feeling of expectation rather than a sense of duty.

The 'old pals act' in any line of industry is, at it's best, no more than a stagnating disease. The perpetrators should be sprayed with the finest weedkiller.
This club is finally going somewhere. How far who knows? But it's bloody exciting.
Tomorrow can't come quick enough. Really looking forward to the game. Should be a cracker!
