Its generally accepted that he crossing into the box [ seldom getting past 1st defender] is woeful and needs to be corrected ?
Dartfords historical " king of crossers " is currently sitting at home as his team [Chatham] cannot play , suggest a short term " master class with our overlapping full backs and Wingers would NOT go amiss !!!!

A lot of teams will come to dartford and try to close shop or park the bus thatโs when we will need good wingers. And to take our chances got to be happy with win against Tonbridge.

To be that much better than your opponents and not win, would have been a felonious disregard for the laws of probability and yet we came very close to pulling off that very remarkable feat. Defensively we were impeccable and in midfield we dominated the game from start to finish, and yet all that superiority failed to produce a corresponding number of goal scoring chances and those we did create were squandered with impunity. It is true that Tonbridge lacked a certain amount of ambition and would clearly have been delighted with 0-0, but it would be churlish to criticise them for those tactics as it very nearly worked for them. After all, we are one of the favourites for the title and the onus was on us to go out and win it. In the end, we just about managed to do that, but the scoreline doesn't come close to reflecting the gulf between the two sides and maybe it was that banana that just helped get us over the line.
A more positive way of looking at things is that despite not being at our best we are nevertheless top of the league again and SK deserves immense credit for that. We've barely got out of second gear this season so just imagine what we can do when we start firing up front. There is so much right with our team, we have quality in depth throughout the squad and I have every confidence that Kingy will sort the forwards out in the end. I believe we will get better and better as the season goes on and let's not forget, we are a million miles ahead of where we were when we lost at Tonbridge last season.
For me, MOTM was between Husin and L'Ghoul, after much thought I opted for the latter.

Whilst I agree with almost everything that's been said I can't understand why L'Ghoul is so well regarded.
To me he looks like a guy who thinks he has a lot of tricks but rarely beats his man and usually ends up beating himself. His crossing is poor and he rarely, if ever, picks a defence splitting pass. His hair is awful.
I'll give him that last night he did have a couple of good shots that were near misses before his goal but overall I am yet to be impressed. I must be missing something because so many people made him MoM.

Jebb's return was a bit of an anti-climax. Pre-match interview and much bluster of his world-beating set-pieces. First corner set the bar. He certainly didn't hit it.

Strange game last night and with a bit of luck we would have scored at hatful. Absolutely agree with the quality/lack of the crossing by a number of players. Jacob would usually have buried the chances he had but was a bit off but still a quality player for sure. Not sure Jebb is fully fit but we all know what he is capable of and time will tell. Husin and L'Ghoul do have great ability but suspect the latter will end up the Ryno replacement as the 'marmite' player in the squad. I don't think one could criticise his work rate, yes he can get dispossessed but other times he retains the ball when you think he is certain to lose it.
We all know the missing part of the equation and as reported today Kingy will (hopefully) be bringing in a quality FL striker on loan soon.
Above all else we are top (yes I know St Albans and other have games in hand) but all we can do is keep winning.

Must admit i'm surprised it's not a little more upbeat on here and whilst i accept every team has areas to improve on we are doing loads more right than wrong. The transformation of the team in little over a year has been unbelievable so hope expectations are not getting too high, after all we are top of the league.
SK will always try and improve things regardless of our position so i'm delighted with the current situation and very optimistic (glass half full as always

), new forward coming in soon as well.
I think we were hoping or maybe expecting to be in the play off positions now so we are well ahead of reasonable expectations and i am very confident we will be right in the mix at the end of the season.
A few have commented on Nassim and whilst i obviously knew of him i hadn't really seen him myself. I don't think he had started many games just prior to joining us but looks like he is getting sharper every week and has been a real threat in the games he has played. So looks like another good signing who i'm confident will get even better, he must be doing something right as our opponents have kicked the f**k out of him and he should have had a penalty or two as well.
So maybe whilst we are unable to attend the games we can be the twelfth man on here, it may just give the team that little extra we are all looking for.
Good Evening All..........

Very similar player to Ryan Hayes in his flair and lack of defensive prowess. If he is half as good as Ryan we are on to a winner.

Much more to come from our match winner, and add the mystery league loan deal upcoming, we are going to get better and better. I think a good idea would be for dozens of fans posting video messages of support for the players to give them a lift...we are roaring for you in our living rooms!
A win is a win, don't matter how you play, its 3 points, and that's all that matters.
