I was impressed with absolutely everything this evening. The behind the scenes preparation and the team’s commitment and flair. Only down side was the lack of stirring sticks for me half time Bovril! Well done all at DFC - let’s home someone at the DCMS sees some common sense. But from what I’ve seen so far, I doubt it. Some civil servant admin clerk will make the arbitrary decision that DFC remain an ‘elite’ club. Well we ‘are’ but we aren’t! Yet!

First of all well done to the club for all their hard work in making it possible for supporters to watch and also a big mention to all the committee members and helpers who worked tirelessly all night to ensure everything ran smoothly.

As for the match, we have a very good squad of players who play very exciting football, i only hope we will be able to witness more of it.

We could always arrange an extinction rebellion protest at PP every Saturday ;) ;)

That was a thoroughly competitive match. One could have been forgiven in thinking there were points at stake.
I was impressed by our play all over the park. Substitute 8 put in a strong performance too until that tackle and he still played on until a round of substitutions. I cant believe just how many players of quality that SK is putting out on the pitch. It is good to see Ronnie Vint also put in a performance too as he seemed to be missing from some earlier games. Has he been suffering from a wrist or firearm injury as he seemed to be wearing more than a wristband on his right arm?
Absolute total praise to the club and all those involved in the manner every little detail seemed to be covered.
One suggestion I would put forward is that I found it difficult to locate a link to the streaming of the game, having to go back to old news items to find the link. It needs a better displayed link on the club's home page to encourage more to easily register for any streamed game, which is going to be the way forward if we are to see games played.
I enjoyed the standard of the streaming and the commentary as well, although the feed cut off both at halftime and fulltime midway through any summing up comments.
Hats off to everybody. There is going to be some tough decisions to be made by SK when selecting his team for the first league game.

Well played Darts.

Never attribute machiavellian skullduggery to events that are much better explained by incompetence. As a law-abiding citizen who wants to see all of us come out the other side of this pandemic unscathed, I have followed and will continue to follow all the rules imposed by this government. However, with all the inconsistencies, U-turns and seemingly non-sensical decisions I suspect the tide is turning and more and more people are arriving at the conclusion that, at best, we are being governed by a bunch of well-meaning incompetents who haven't got a scooby what to do next.
Spot on and well said. Only thing I disagree with is “well meaning” bit.
Lies, lies and more lies. Cummings etc.
I did say "at best" before that. LOL.

A huge effort from everybody to produce a fantastic presentation last night. In a day and age when it is easier for many to bollock rather than praise, its a huge thank you for your hard work, not only for yesterday's supreme effort but for everything you do week after week, year after year, to bring us all our football fix.
Thank you once again.
Reg.

What a great night and so nice to see all the old faces. The members club worked so hard, every time ball went out , they cleaned it , they worked so hard I felt humbled. I was told to move certain ways I usually would of told a steward to do one, but we all did it , no qualms. Team on pitch were fantastic, we mullered them . Only downside was the food, honestly it gets worse every game my cheeseburger was drier than a nuns neither regions.
