New Manager Nomination Form
Re: New Manager Nomination Form
For me it’s between King or Bobby Wilkinson who has also been spotted at several of our games, including Weymouth away. That said, whoever gets the job will my full support
Re: New Manager Nomination Form
The sharks have been circling for some time now as Bradley Quinton has also been at a number of matches, including the Weymouth away game and recent home games...

Re: New Manager Nomination Form
I hope that this thread is totally superfluous to the selection of any Manager interviewed or selected, by The Company Board.
This is not a "Tin Pot" enterprise, run on the whims and wallet of someone who happens to be in charge , as we have seen elsewhere. Our Club entity is a renowned Business structure, ensuring the safety of Football in this area.
At the end of the day, whether any candidate Manager is travelling from Hampshire, Essex, or Norfolk, it will have an effect on how things are structured with training and staff interactions. Pick the Man who simply "Polls well " and is media savvy, is in my mind, not good husbandry. The Club has been structured and run, to ring fence it's existence as a Company , Safe, and outside the vagaries of Non League Football in this Country.
The process of due diligence may take longer than some would like, but, I come to games mindful of what we have, and are achieving. I come to watch Football, believing either Team could win on their day. - That's the reality of Sport. - If we don't trust our Company Board , there is no longer a Bond between Us and Football here at Dartford.
Just my point of view.

Interesting that it wasn't SK's first visit to PP yesterday this season. Only heard thru the grapevine.
Also in TB's interview on Kent yesterday he said that he was surprised on the low fitness levels of the team on Thursday night's training. That can't be surely.
Still haven't a clue who could possibly be up for the job. I didn't see Kingy holding a gun to his own head yesterday.

Fortunately TB has short arms. Because I don't think he can reach the trigger on the rifle handed to him.

Funnily enough a friend of mine has been saying for weeks that the players don't look as fit as they should be.Ozymandias wrote: ↑Sun Sep 08, 2019 9:20 am Interesting that it wasn't SK's first visit to PP yesterday this season. Only heard thru the grapevine.

Re: New Manager Nomination Form
I expect a lot of the unemployed managers seen at our early season matches were keeping their hand in awaiting a call that leads to the next job.
They may also be doing a bit of scouting for other clubs to earn a few quid or as a favour for mates. All we can do is sit back and await events and hope it works out well, but there are no guarantees whoever is appointed.
