On a more positive note hat-tricks for 2 ex Darts. Jamie Philpott for Glebe in a 5 -2 win over Bearsted, he scored them all in the first 19 minutes.
Ryan Hayes, who had a good few goals already, got 3 for Chatham in an 8 - 3 victory over AFC Croydon.

I don't suppose Fernandes could see himself getting enough game time with our large squad and that's usually the purpose of a Football League player going out on loan to a non-league club. In addition, Farnborough is his old club.

That's a valid point but out of courtesy it would still be nice if the club advised their supporters about things like a player leaving, etc. Quite often we only find out news about our club from other sources which I feel is a bit poor considering the level we are at. A couple of people have asked on the forum about the whereabouts of Kairo Mitchell. He's made one sub appearance and has not been heard of since. Is he injured, has he left the club or just not been selected?. Who knows?.

Without doubt the communication to the fans from Steve King is a big plus and far exceeds anything [ or nothing in JC/AF tenure ] from Tony Burman but there is still this lack of information on players departing the Club and even occasions when players join the Club and time lapses before official notification
Fans have a genuine interest in this area and doesnt take much to keep them in the picture !!!

Tilbury won 3-0 at Aveley tonight stretching their lead at the top of the table.
Burnsey, Nobes and Brodie played for Tilbury with Nobes getting a yellow card and Brodie scoring. Lewis Smith was also in line up and i believe he signed or was going to sign for us.
George Sykes was in the Aveley side.

What's that? - 4 matches and 4 bookings for Nobes now?
