We’re we poor or unfortunate.
Anyone play particularly welll etc?
There were 87 attendees of which 29 went down on the coach and a few in cars, whether they bother coming back again is another matter. I've said it before there was no need to break what we had last year but those who have been shouting for 10 years finally got their wish, it's now payback time. Unfortunately it's easier to break things than mend them and we'll be lucky to see a season like last for many years now, disappointing journeys and smaller crowds it is to be. On the plus side if people can re-set their expectations appropriately and quickly it will hurt less. It is what it is.
Thanks for the update.
Not going to get into this as it’s wrong thread only to say last season was a complete fu*k up and massive failure.
Anyone who wanted a change never wanted the same old pals act they wanted a fresh set of eyes and ideas where a manager would be his own man.
Last year was a complete shambles of a failure and we still have the Dartford boys club overseeing their own.
Change it or don’t!
this wasn’t change this was the continuation the DFC friends club with a couple of yes men.
The board fuc*ked this up with their own pally interests.
A bettter manager with his own thoughts and ideas would of got up last year and do a far better job so far this season but the board couldn’t stand to be challenged with someone’s own thoughts and ideas.
Total respect for flan and coyle but they are puppets on a string in the dfc family.
The board got it wrong and are too scared to make a proper change, based on this I think TB should of stayed on.
The board are refreshingly astute in business accounts and make me feel confident in the future but need to get away from the dfc cub and make decisions football wise for the best f the club not thief friends network . They need to grow some balls on the football side and stop the pals act.
A football club run by friends for friends.

It’s all rather mediocre isn’t it? Talking about the team, not the fans, oh and also the odd ex player who is an authority in mediocrity, chin up fans. Perhaps those who choose to knock loyal fans with deep pockets should give the managers a call, it worked for Hayzie, he got himself out of a hole last week but this couldn’t repeat the act. My thoughts are with the fans who travelled, I can relate to them.

I still don't get where people are coming from when they say last year was a complete shambles and change was needed? Dartford are a sixth division team, how many times in their hundred plus year history has it been fifth division or above? Last year they scored comfortably more goals than anyone in the league and no team won more games or got more points, they even had a good cup run and only a soppy league rule and a fix meant they didn't go up. Look at the history, last year was very good - if you live another quarter of a century you'll be able to count on one hand better seasons I sadly suspect, maybe one finger - it won't get any easier either. Madness, utter madness. We get what we deserve, as a whole, the minority have made sure of that.

Family event (& not friends...) prevented me from not missing my 1st game this season, regardless of the result... I should 'have' guessed the future and not made a mockery 'of' the present, appreciating the past... Remember our poor Away loss to Truro last year, when flying high & one bad behaviour off pitch!
Hope it's not repeated this year! We are Dartford... Princes Park...

At the end of the day we are going backwards not forwards ...either we have a better manager than TB or not ...the answer atm is not and we have players who don’t care and are there for a easy few £

We were served up one hell of a turgid display today - I suspect that many fans were in the same boat as I in having only disgraced Plainmoor’s ground once before, staring relegation in the face as we were with an on-loan Jordan Chiedozie notching the equaliser in a 1-1 draw.
Well, how times change. Today’s game was tantamount to a training session with 22 hopefuls chasing a bag of wind before about 90 spectators.
The most flattering thing I can say is that Ryno put a decent corner in for Marko to head home. It was an incredibly strange atmosphere and not really in the twee sense. I think we are far enough through the season now to make statements about this squad being mediocre and uninspiring. Not something I have known before in supporting the Darts. Sorry to say that Charlie Sheringham doesn’t appear to be able to jump more than three inches off the ground.
Bit of a bastard, all told.

Didn't travel, poor result against a team who had 6 points until today.
With Welling currently sitting in top spot, we are not out of it but need to show some consistency if we are going to challenge for a play off place.
