1st game and a few [ allegedly] Darts fans are questioning the wisdom of signing Charlie , would be interesting to have seen the comments on IF we had had the choice of a fit Charlie or an unfit ,injury plagued Alex Wall , which would we rather have had ???

I am in the pro Charlie camp and believe he will do well for us but will need a few games to settle in

I also believe that a couple of last seasons regulars performances are being shielded by the focus being on the " new non achievers " and I reckon that Billy Roast should start at centre back NOT right back !!!!!!!!

Imho it is not so much the results but the performances.
We have lost Hayes and Pugh for different reasons ,they were our two our most creative players.
If Noble and Bradbrook don't play we have no midfield
I don't know if Charlie and Knowles are the answer but I do know that
Our other front players are not for me,they just don't cut it.
I have been a supporter for 60 years but sorry
this is a long way from the sort of team I expect to see in DFC shirts.

It's a bit much to expect Charlie to slot straight in to be honest. But there again Alex Wall was moved on for some unspecified reason before the season started, to our los and Concorde's gain. It sounds as if we have a rebuilding job to begin.
