Since reading your posts Llamaman I find it amazing that you're still getting teams that stun me into silence with their names.
I do think that we are the only two on here, but interesting just the same..
To be honest, I think the Roses will stuff'em.

Scottish football may not always reach great heights but it does entertain. Last Saturday Livingstone had a sub. waiting to come, they attacked won a penalty and the sub. came sprinting on, grabbed the ball, took a cannonball pen., which the Motherwell 'keeper did the right thing and kept well out of the way. I have never seen that happen before and the fact it was a good old fashioned 'Les Burns' blaster made it even more special.
Also on Saturday an Aberdeen strike soared way over the Kilmarnock bar far into the stand where a bloke enjoying a munch on a bar of chocolate stood up and headed the ball back onto the pitch. He then calmly sat down and continued his snack. He was wearing glasses, which made it even more impressive as any misjudgement could have resulted in a nasty/embarrassing injury or at the very least the need to pay out for some replacement specs.

With The Darts not in action today the eyes of the footballing world will be on the Q/finals of The Tunnocks Caramel Wafer Challenge Cup, with the stand out tie Rangers Colts v Wrexham. In a competition designed for lower Scottish League clubs a Premier Division youngsters are playing a Welsh side representing England, this is up with Hastings v Grays in The Kent Floodlight Trophy played on a Saturday afternoon many a year ago. A nice thing for any travelling Wrexham fans today is that they will be watching their team playing at Ibrox Park for just a fiver. I wonder how many of those 50,000 plus seats will have a bum parked on them?
It has been a joy to see the good old Tunnocks Wafer adverts around the boundaries in the current New Zealand v England T20 cricket this past week.

All the eyes of the Football World will be disappointment the Tunnock q/fs are next week. Some idiot (me) misread the Wrexham website, they are playing Rochdale tomorrow in the FA Cup. Mind you I have just read that the Rangers match will be All Ticket with no sales on the day due to safety reasons. This all means Wrexham will miss being the centre of attention as next Saturday that will be The Darts v The Stones.

Celtic, Rangers and the rest enter the competition now, will the Rose bag a nice juicy tie? The draw is live on Sportscene tonight after the SPFL highlights are shown. Don't get yourself over excited Ozimandias with the Trophy draw tomorrow as well and the replay on Tuesday, its non-stop thrills all the way.

Hoping for a match against a Glasgow giant Bonnyrigg kind of got their wish. Unfortunately the giant turned out to be a river, they are home to Clyde from Division 1 on January 18th.

By coincidence the BBC Scotland football chat programme 'A View From The Terrace' had a feature about the Clyde v Celtic Scottish Cup Tie from 2006.
It was Roy Keane's debut in his short lived Celtic career and was a nailed on win for the Hoops. I actually watched this match on tv and Clyde upset the odds by winning 2 - 1, also missing a penalty and having 2 'goals' ruled out. I remembered the score but not the other details. Well this time Clyde are the 'big boys' and the glove is firmly on the other foot. So will the Roses bloom or will all end terribly like it did for Bonny and Clyde (I wish I had thought of that one DA Mikey )?
