Excited by this one. This adds real quality to the team but I wonder how many games he will be available for.

Jamie Philpot has gone up in the world, as it was in his contract that if club in a higher league made an offer he was free to talk to them. From the Club statement I assume he will be going full time at his so far un-named new club. Anyway good luck to him, he showed flashes of promise and good ability and certainly worked hard.

Jamie Philpot has joined Maidstone on a trial basis according to their website and is expected to make his debut against Dartford in the KSC next Tuesday.

He's got us on a technicality there - Maidstone are currently in a higher division..
