We should go full out to see if we can get McQueen on a season long loan, find out from Sutton if he figures or he will be going to the seaside with his old boss!

Park Life wrote:Lee Noble, Ryan Hayes, Ronnie Vint, Ben Greenhalgh and Andy Pugh - good signings so happy with that :) :)

Charlie Sheringham - i don't think he's really contributed much this season and doesn't hold the ball up like he use to, he reminds me of Gladstone Small when he jumps. I think therefore he's very fortunate to get a new deal and although I keep hearing he's been carrying an injury i'm surprised (like some other players) at the very least he hasn't had to come back pre season to assess his fitness and prove his worth :?:

Tom Bonner - really hope he signs, the only negative would be his dad will be around slagging off some of the other players ;) :)

Daniel Johnson - OMG really, he's slow and cumbersome and if his real position is centre half he was worse when he played there :x

Tom Murphy - Tom always gives his all but he's been at the club for a few years now and has never forced his way into the team. Why do they need another season to look at a player they know everything about already :?

Billy Crook - Did show some real potential last season so if he does come back and gets fit could be a good addition.

Callum Driver - Why? We have let go far better full backs than him, at his best he's bog average and if he's "the best right back in the divison" i'm slimmer of the year.

Mark Onyemah - I like Mark and hope he returns and proves his fitness as he played really well when he got back into the team just before he got injured.

Delano Sam-Yorke - Hallelujah he's gone, what a compete waste of space and money :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Kudus Oyenuga - Gave his all but just never worked out.

Louis Wells - Helped us out at the end of the season with mixed performances but at his age not really a good signing for us now.

Jordan Wynter - Very steady player and wouldn't have minded if he had stayed.

Andre Coker - The show pony has gone, I bet he did twenty stepovers when he walked out the ground :D :D :D :D

Darren McQueen - Would not mind if Darren returned as we saw glimpses of his potential and think he could have been a good addition.
I agree with every bit of this - spot on

here we go im already shaking my head in disbelief ,why give charlie another go he didnt do
much to inspire me to think he would be here again, they have already gone on the safe options
hoping to keep fans onside.i would of liked us to get wynter back as our player.
if i were tom murphy i would look else where they know what he can do then insult him by
saying come back preseason where have another look and then sit you on the bench all season

Perfect synopsis from Park Life - must admit I had to look up Gladstone Small - but again, spot on with that one!

I hope that Murphy is with us next season, although it is difficult to accommodate both him and Greenhalgh in a regular XI. Bit of a (very pleasant) surprise that Nobes has signed again, I thought he would want a new challenge as he nears the end of his career. Hoping to get T-Bon secured and then hopefully some exciting additions.

Happy with Lee Noble, Pughie, Ronnie and Ben so far.
Would be nice to think Mark O can make a recovery as I think he is a super player. Billy too. But obviously, the risks are there.
Dan obviously has issue's with his speed, but as I said he got better as last season went on and I would risk another season.

Actually, I thought Gladstone Small went to the America's from Plymouth on the Mayflower.

So do I. It corresponds to my own views 100%.

All I can say is am underwhelmed by the retained list. Errors made in gambling on Mark O’s fitness, he is a good player , sign him. And Tom Murphy , he is not up to the task , just let him go

The club have gone for the safe option in resigning do many. Basically as a squad we flopped but the two managers give no confidence that they can sign a good squad from scratch so rather than risk them making a pigs ear of the start of the season again we re sign wholesale in an attempt to gain mid table safety
Not happy but we move on and continue to support
