Apparently they were a Comedy Duo from the 1930's. Way before my time

And into the 1940s and 1950s (before "variety" finally died). Ah who (out of those alive at the time) can forget Bud's shaggy overcoat?

Karl!!! You youngsters.
As I say, I must be the only one on here underwhelmed by the signing of a certain Mr Hayes. It does seem to me that Flanagan and Al,oops Coyle are lurching from one sticky plaster to the next.
Having said that, yesterdays performance was the best for a long time. Hayesless

A joke, re: the above -
Why does Karl Marx only drink Earl Grey?
Because all proper tea is theft.

Deren leaving

Dover going full time means there back-up 'keeper Chris Lewington has to leave due to other commitments. According to his profile he is a part-time goal keeping coach and sports lecturer at North West Kent College, arrangements for his departure are in hand it seems. Could it be?

Having read on Kent online why Ryan wasn't in the squad on Saturday thought it just had to be Ryno who had to fall down a hole. Still it is not as serious as it may have been and he should be available for the Truro match. Just got to get in the team now.

Glad to see Ryno back but what a bizarre way to miss a game.
Still it sounds as though he is ok.
Kent Today report that he should be available for saturday.

I think he misheard the message on his phone: "Come back and get us out of a hole"
