If only we had put in the same levels of commitment & desire into the previous few games we would have already cemented our place in the playoffs. At least it will go to the last game of the season and even though we are papering over the cracks it did give us all something to cheer about at long last.

100% agree well said ....enjoyed today and looks like bradders enjoyed it too

We showed spirit and fight today, something that was sadly
missing at Eastbourne.
I was critical of Saturdays debacle but Credit where credit is due
We fought and worked hard and deserved at least a draw so to win the game in stoppage time was brilliant.
There is a slim chance of the play offs but if we don't make it I hope improvements to the squad are started in May as players become
available.

Surely Sam Higgins would be a possible and useful recruit

Lee Noble.
Proud of team today.
God how emotional is this game!
And that sublime chip that resulted in the excellent save onto the bar by their keeper. That deserved goal for it impudence.

Well we’ll proof that football is a funny old game, unexpected result and goal scorer. Well done to all, slim chance of play off but chance it is

After the debacle at Eastbourne the boys did good but I must admit when Sheringham missed the penalty I feared the worse. But the man largely ignored by management popped up to give us a sweet victory with two late goals. I wonder if he will get a start at Oxford?

Having seen the goals, both with his right. Isn't Tom a predominantly left footed player? Well done Tom.

Enjoy the goals

Thanks Kev. Real gift from Billericay#4 for the first, but it’s difficult to control a ball which comes so quickly into feet, so top marks to Tom for his reactions.

A really great result, but is it just papering over the cracks?.
For mine i still think there is some bad feeling between some of the players and the management.
The retained list might look interesting, and could reveal a lot.
