I was very surprised that the referee didn't stop the game when their player went down and stayed down, with what looked from my seat in line with the penalty area to be a head injury. He had stopped play when Lee had a similar injury earlier.
This was my first match for some weeks, having come down from Lincoln a few days ago. As far as our finishing is concerned not much has changed during my absence, except for the names of the players.
Everybody, including the managers, seems to be commenting on chances missed from corners and free kicks. I am sure I am not the only one to link this problem to the absence from the team of Elliot Bradbrook. He must surely be thinking that he made a mistake when changing his mind about retiring in the summer.

Surprised that Elliot Bradbrook was on the bench yet again yesterday!
Felt sorry for Lee Noble that he had to carry the midfield again on his own as Coker did not contribute much to the cause!
When will Sheringham make another appearance for the Club as he appears to play only when his extensive leisure calendar has a spare slot!
If his heart is not in the Club it is better that he moves elsewhere in order that we can sign a striker who shows more commitment to the Club.

Send three and fourpence, we're going to a dance.BrianL wrote:Word going around that Charlie had gone to Welling!
Later it seems we had misheard (hopefully), and he had gone to a wedding..

Well, a Hungerford defense that can't defend and a Non existent Dart's attack that couldn't take advantage. Glad I missed it. My mate was texting me during the game. After ten minutes he text and said that Jamie had scored, then spent the rest of the 90 minutes saying how Poor we were.
Glad I was up't North. You can count your lucky stars you were not at Nuneaton.

Even I can't be bothered sitting through the highlights with 'pitcheroo' for that long. 30 seconds was just about right. Whatever happened to the good old days? and Sonytino.

What has happened to our own filming & coverage of the game where you’d get nearly 10 minutes of video footage (not necessarily highlights)?
The coverage on the league page is crap and very annoying, about 3 minutes of video with 2 or 3 poxy adverts in between.

Great video clips Kev...thank you for sharing. 2 very well taken goals but the control from Ryan, to take 2 players out of the equation for the second goal was amazing. He has to start a couple of games over the festive period as he has that ability to create space all over the pitch. As soon as he came on it was like bees round a honeypot and we started to play as a team again.KSTDART wrote:Here are the goals , sorry they are up late

Flanners needs to knock some sense into Coyle, you don't leave your best players on the bench and that includes Bradders. There is no way Wynter has the same impact on the game and I really feel for Nobes because sooner or later he will break down due to the extra workload. Jamie was MoM for me with his constant running and our only goal threat, at this moment in time he is our number one striker. At least his head is in the game unlike old sicknote, just hope he is not being paid when he is unavailable.
