Lincoln, I completely disagree with your reasoning. I’m in Saudi Arabia and I can tell from here that there is no togetherness at the club. The buck stops with the guys in charge of the club to wield the axe. The budget has nothing to do with the in fighting in the squad. Our club is in complete meltdown and is in danger of becoming a laughing stock.
It’s time for the management to take responsibility for this.
Letting one of the best players on form go is a cowardly act.
I’m fuming!

Let’s be honest Flanners and Coylie have managed to take TBs team from runners-up two seasons ago to also rans last season and this campaign we are kicking around the trap door. Last season we managed a minus goal difference with our powder puff attack and this year we are leaking goals and still not scoring many despite having a quality target man. It hasn’t taken long for our managers to start shipping out players which once again brings into question their judgement; especially after last season’s fiasco with so many new season signings either loaned out or transferred within weeks of the opening fixture. Thank gawd only two teams go down this year.
Still, I’ll be there tomorrow, hoping upon hope that it’s me and the other hardcore supporters that are in the wrong and our current management have got it all under control; they will have worked out how to utilise the quality players at their disposal and beat a team that currently lies second in the table.
Our home record saved us last season; it’s going to take a damn sight more than that to save our managers this year.

Here we go again, we need a settled squad, we went through this whole process last year. With players coming and going at an alarming rate.
Surely they need coaching and developing patterns of play.
We need some stability and the players to know "within reason" their roles in the team.
Letting (or asking) one of our most consistent performers leave is nothing short of bizzare.
What is going on at DFC ?

I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed by what is going on at our club. Luke's departure, and the reasons behind it, is the last straw for me. I really feel for Luke because he's clearly been the best player in our back line but has been hung out to dry by some of his under-performing team-mates. Shame on those involved.
Flanners and Coyley were great players but they are awful managers and I have zero confidence in either of them. They were the wrong choice to begin with and then giving them a bigger budget and keeping them for another season made absolutely no sense to me. The squad has broken up into cliques and the team spirit and togetherness that Tony Burman used to engender is but a distant memory. They were supposedly appointed because they would be akin to "the Dartford way". Absolute tosh!!!
I am so bloody angry about what has happened to Luke that I'm not going to pretend anymore. I support the football club but not these two managers. As far as I'm concerned they are a liability and I just want them gone before they do any more damage. It doesn't matter if we win tomorrow and I don't want to wait for 10 games, their departure can't come soon enough.
Absolutely spot on Spike, agree with everything 100%.
I want them gone and there is absolutely nothing that will change my mind
I always treat your postings with the greatest of respect but what you two are saying now well this goes above and beyond and I am the first to applaud you for saying what I have only been thinking of saying and I totally agree with you on all counts.
Well done I know it would not have come easy so on to tomorrows game and the next saga in DFC's fight for survival

So, we have an increased budget this season, but can't keep a talented young left back.

I was never fully convinced by Nasha but I thought Luke W-E has been one of the few successes this season. I hope he can find a club that appreciates him.

I have joined this one late. I was at the game yesterday and was wondering why Luke was not in the team. To have joined this one this morning and to see that Luke has been released, well. What are these two guys up to? He was one to keep and should have been first choice in regards who should be in the back four. Totally baffled.
I hope the lad goes to a club where he is appreciated by the management. Because these two herbert's of ours need a good kick in the arse. I won't call for their heads, they seem to be capable of pressing their own self destruct.
Shame on them
