Well another defeat that hurts, 4-1 and in a competition that rewards well financially. I have nothing against the management, all fine chaps but we are no where near challenging are we? So many loan players too, it's not right, just saying!

As you will gather, you are far from being the only fan who thinks that way.

Basically Kebabus , it don't seem to matter what 11 players that we put on the pitch......We just don't have a team.
If this continues then we will have to aim for 4th from bottom because nobody seems to know what is going on.

As Spike Milligan once said; "Never let your left hand know what your right middle arm's doing"!!

It doesn't matter who the manager is or who is playing, the moaners have been moaning for ten years regardless of results and in the end that affects morale, performance and then people leave.

Last year was one of the best and the shouts for TB to go got their wish and for the moaners to say it's not their fault as he resigned is ridiculous. I always thought the clue was in the word 'supporter'.

It is so easy to mess a good team up and so hard to get it back to good once key people have gone, confidence is shot and funds diminished through falling attendances - those that kept shouting will never admit it or never stop moaning but the position the team is in is because of their actions.

If you are a manager looking for a job you know one thing about Dartford now, have a cracking year on the pitch and you'll still get it in the ear - who would take it?

I've pasted this on here as the Oxford City FA Cup debacle thread will be archived soon. I think the link from 2011 is a good enough argument to anyone with a bad enough memory who slagged TB off back then and again last year might do well to remember what was achieved in 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons. Also consider that one more point last season and he would've been an all round hero. No matter, the hotheads amongst us here are far too stubborn to listen to valid reasoning and salient points. Let's just live in hope things don't get a whole lot worse this season. I think the word kentc used about fans' negativity being responsible for the club's position was "despicable", but to read the press report from several years ago may suggest the contrary. 'Supporters' can obviously choose how they want to express their interest in the club, but I for one would not be feeling comfortable had I been calling for the manager to quit last season.

JC and AF should be supported wholeheartedly. Why ?
They are only 3 months in. I agree that The summer recruitment wasn't great, however it all happened so quickly. I for one was panicking where were the signings coming from. They turned to some old contacts. Who simply havent come up to scratch. The signing of Charlie was a positive and everyone was saying Ba and Knowles looked good either initially and now since Tom has gone back. No complaints of loanees etc... with those 2 decisions. Time, time time. That's all it will require. They are DFC people more than a number of names that people were or who are now indeed crying out for. Their hands are tied to financial constraints as we know. Just give them support. Talk to them rather than on the forum. They are the most genuine guys who will openly speak to any supporter. I was terribly dissapointed with the performance Saturday and Jamie was frank enough to both speak to me and except what folk were saying. Two real great guys who will turn what is a bad run of form. I repeat what i said 2 weeks ago, anyone who is criticising them NOW please reply to me and point out where you were saying that after the Bath and Chelmsford fixtures. I await any replies

Arthur, I don't think anyone is disputing the fact that Jamie and Adam are genuine guys. People on here are in the minority as regards fanbase, which, I may point out is getting lower and lower with each home game. People/fans are voting with there feet. And those that do get on here, some that are staunch Dartford fans, I find that some of their posts, not shock, but I didn't think they would say such things.
I am quite prepared to give Adam and Jamie their chance but surely even you have to admit that at some games there are 11 players that seem to not care or even have a clue and there's nothing coming off the bench.
I will moan about the car-parking though, but then I always have. But if they carry on playing like they are I see plenty of spaces freeing up soon.
Chippenham and my next match Dulwich Hamlet will further add to this debate I'm sure.
