Hi Pete, he attended the game Saturday and got a great reception from the fans.
From what I was told, most of the framework that was holding the pins in place have been removed and the long hard work of rehabilitation is ahead of him. Nobody really knows when he will return until he resumes light training again in the new year to see if any complications occur, with these type of injuries it can shorten the leg or put more stress on the hip area. My guess is that he will return towards the back end of the season.
