As much as I have respect for our board it really does make me wonder exactly what their aspirations and plans are for this club.
Keeping Adam & Jamie in charge makes absolutely no sense at all and just makes it look more & more like the old pales act yet again.

This team needs completely fresh blood with NO DFC previous back ground or links, somebody with totally new idea’s and somebody with experience and knowledge of managing in this league, plus only 1 person in charge not 2.

What we’ve got is 2 people that make very poor/bad signings who are useless then sign players out of desperation to fill the gap. This will not work.

Football, like all sport, is naturally emotional . Supporters are naturally emotional about their Club. - Surely No one really believes, that this very experienced and successful Board, are carelessly throwing away all that has been achieved at Dartford, with this Football Club..
Everyone who pays good money following the Club, clearly has a right to be disappointed at times, but understanding the fuller complexities of running a successful Club and Team , arises from long term skill and experience.

We, as Supporters, have a very successful Club, that rises above the many issues of Football. - Unfortunately we fight for the same Players, in an unnatural market of transient Investments elsewhere. That is the unwelcome reality of ''The Game" across the spectrum. Luckily, We have a better chance than most to survive. Roll on 2019/20.

how have they managed to keep their jobs with no wins against lower teams in the run in when it mattered,
i hope for their sake and the clubs sake they get pre season right this time and hope we get fresher legs in that wont
bottle it when it matters.
i have said before we have to keep noble, bonner, vint and pugh and out the rest but the way this season went they might want to try
else where while we have these two non achievers in charge.
i will still buy my season ticket and support my club but hope the board dont leave it to late to get rid of them if it goes tits up.

If there was unrest in the dressing room for the last 8 games of so
It must not be allowed to happen again.
They are in charge, they sign these people and they will hopefully learn by this.
I enjoyed a few of the games but we started with too Many below
Standard players.
So I am underwhelmed by this news.
I hope that they surprise me.

With such a bad end to the season, the Eastbourne game was the worst performance I have seen. A lot of manager's would of been sacked after that. These two will be under so much pressure at the start of next season to get it right.
Will they cope? Only time will tell.

I was not over the moon at the appointment of the lads at the end of last season. It was a done deal long before the end of Tony's reign. But I have to agree with the Board that our final position was about right. It's was the way we went about it that annoyed me. Considering we were odds on certainties for the play-offs with 10 games to play.
Having said that, they are right to stick with Flanagan and Allen if only until Christmas, because there will certainly be ructions if we are below par. Which will make a difference gate wise, whether you are season ticket holders or not.
As said, this Division is going to be a lot harder next season. Players coming in will be a big turnover and for their sake's I hope the lads get it right

Disappointed and surprised that Adam and Jamie have been re-appointed for the coming season.

We have to respect the decision of the Board and hope that they will not live to regret their actions.

At the end of the day, we support the team and I will renew my season ticket for the coming season.

Look forward to plenty of good quality and experienced signings of players who are leaders both on and off the pitch.
