H&A, we should have had 9 points from the last 3 games, and we got? I support them all day long but I can not share your enthusiasm.
Up the darts.

Concord have also got to rearrange a midweek trip to Truro as their game yesterday was abandoned (with them 1-0 up at the time).

Yeah wasn't sure what will happen about the Truro v Concord game and if the result will stand as the injury must have been really late on as there were substitutes made in the 80th minute. I'm sure Truro will definitely want a replay and Concord definitely will not.

PROBABLY NOT US............
Torquay Champions, Woking guaranteed a play off spot and Welling virtually certain but now Slough have an outside chance so that leaves:-

I must admit that when i originally put the remaining fixtures up i thought we had arguably the easiest run in and by the time we had played Chippenham we would have virtually guaranteed a play off spot and would be challenging for third place. I just can't quite believe what has happened in the last few weeks and it appears to me there are some problems behind the scenes, especially after Adams honest press article this week.
We still have a core of some good players who we should retain for next season but we must ensure we make some decent signings instead of some of the crap we have seen this season.
I feel for the old guard and semi old guard who put in 100% every week but have been let down by some piss poor signings who aren’t good enough or don’t seem to care as much.

It certainly adds gravity to the old adage about playing better against higher placed sides. Our toothless performances against Truro, H&R, WSM and Dulwich plus Saturday’s terrible result have massively depleted the chances of DFC reaching the playoffs and left us all expecting little from Saturday’s trip to Eastbourne. Sadly, we couldn’t win at Torquay either, which was less of a shock but disappointing considering we had an extra man for almost the entire match.
So GordonRoadDart’s ‘easiness coefficient’, whilst fundamentally incorrect, was pretty consistent.

I was thinking of going to Welling v Chelmo Good Friday to size up our potential play-off opponents, but not sure that will materialise now after our last few performances!!
I'm very confused with what's going on??

Concord are currently 3-1 up away to 10 man Truro in their re-arranged game putting them up to 7th place and knocking us down to 9th.
The play off’s are slipping away from us.
Final score was Truro 1 - 3 Concord.
Depending on how the scores go on Saturday, if we are not careful we could find ourselves down to 11th in the table.
If we get beat and both Wealdstone win at home to Dulwich and Slough win away to Oxford then they both go above us.
Let’s hope the boys are really fired up for the Eastbourne match and show what they can really do rather than show the drab performances of the last 3 matches.
