We were so poor first half and Slough dominated so much, that obtaining a foothold in the second half to get
a point almost felt like a win. For me Wynter (a defender) looked totally lost in midfield, I felt sorry for
poor Nobes trying to run midfield all on his own, with Bradders on the bench (and not being used) it made no sense.
For one reason or another haven't made a game for a while, so it was my first look at some of the new
players, was impressed by Dan Johnson and Bailey Vose, less so by Darbyshire and Coker. Phil Roberts
looked like he had a lot of pace in the few minutes on the pitch so he could prove a useful addition.

TB is without doubt a Dartford legend. However, in order to take us forward, it was the right decision by him to step down as manager.
The board made the wrong appointment.

I managed to finish work early and drove up from mid Kent looking forward to a footy match. Parked up in plenty of time. Got my traditional programme and cup coffee, clouds rolling in, hood up, here we go. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon, watching a group of players playing for their club and fans, doubt i would be saying that if i was at PP.
I was watching my adopted team Guernsey win 3-2 at VCD. A few years ago i wouldn't have missed a Darts match but these days, my priorities lay elsewhere,
The first score i always check on is the Darts and hope for the best but i want to enjoy my football on my rare Saturday afternoon off.
Reading the posts and reports after each game, doesn't make me want to go to PP in hurry unfortunately, but i did start this match thread, so there is still a bit of black and white in me !
Some people will understand, some won't.

I was so annoyed Saturday i didn't post. I agree with what most have said on here but clearly two managers is not working.
Recruitment has been so poor in the summer and constant loan players are not helping, i had to laugh when the new lad who came on from Braintree had two shots late in the second half and hit the ball half way between the corner flag and keepers box.
The other one Dan D cant remember him doing anything all game yet Bradders and Ryno are on the bench.
However the absolute corker was Coyle holding his hands up and gesturing towards Ben G when he hit a free kick so far wide at the end - well all i can say is you decided to bring him on instead of someone who has more goals and assists than most in this league. I dont want to pick on anyone especially Ben G because his workrate is excellent and he puts in a shift but at the end of the day there is very little end product and that is one of the biggest reasons we are on a -2 goal difference as we dont create enough decent chances and are forwards are all poor.

I have to say, conflicting posts,as I rated Wynter's performance as he is comfortable on the ball and his performance against Torquay was very good.
I think at the moment, we are a middle of the table outfit. No more than that.
I wish I had been with minty though, maybe I could have found somewhere to stay dry.
Onwards and upwards though. There's always the next game against.....Think I'll give the friendlies a miss.

I agree, I also thought Wynter did OK and think he's done a decent enough job with Nobes.
For me the two wide men did not track back and we were outnumbered in the midfield.

As a neutral, there'd seem to be action backwards & forwards but aimlessly, with not many shots. We were poor technically, in passing, throw ins, dead ball situations etc. However, Andre Coker took his equaliser well, thankfully. (Mark.O, 100, Congratulations!)
After TB's highly successful era, it was always difficult to follow that act. However, regardless of current ups & downs, in searching times & in 6th place, I still wouldn't swap PP for anywhere else. Support starts and continue from home. A Dog is Not Just for Xmas...
