I would think a good acquisition for Margate.

Joining up with Jay Saunders again & reading between the lines in the article on ' Kent On-line' today will play central defence which he prefers.
Don't think its a case of money being the over riding factor as the new Margate owner says those days are gone & were unsustainable in any case.
Good luck Dan, especially as over the last year ex Darts Tom Wynter, Alex Brown & James Rogers have all suffered serious injuries. Hopefully that run of ill-luck is over & Dan has an injury free ||& successful season.

No real surprise that Dan has not accepted the offer made by the club. He made it clear that he saw himself as a centre half and we have three without him.

In my opinion Dan was a weak link last season and was caught out to many times, I know his preference is Centre back but out of the three we have is he better than them in my opinion no.

Dan certainly wasn't a full back and I also felt he struggled in that position. Whether he's a decent centre back remains to be seen, but we already have that covered so it's probably for the best that he's moved on.

Dan did ok for us but with Bonner,Vint and now Josh Hill as our main defenders, he would have found it a struggle to get a regular game,so good luck to him at Margate.

Not so much as Ebbsfleet were not paying their players , something is better than nothing

The offer was as a Car Park attendant. Thought he was looking at going to Havant and Waterlooville.
