SKennedyDFC, Barham should be in with the forwards?
I'd be surprised with a squad of 20 if there is any more budget available unless we get a loanee in or do some wheeling and dealing which is probably unlikely at this stage.

Steve King also mentioned Luke Allen is back in full training and might get some playing time at the weekend.

Think we need another striker, not to sure how Kingy going to keep all the central defenders and Midfielder's happy and unfortunatley cant see where Noble fits in to this but hope im wrong, but cannot remember when we had such a strong squad especially when you compare this to the squad we had at the start of last season.

With Barham picking up a hamstring injury against Aldershot [ Modeste also out with ankle injury] the striker numbers will need Kingys attention as the trialsist usually wearing No9 has NOT done enough to get a contract so that 4th Quality striker is becoming a must have !!!!!

Can I ask why Noble is named in the friendlies if he hasn't signed and not put as a trialist?

No disrespect to Tilbury but I thought that Cameron would have been loaned out to a club in a higher division. Hopefully he will gain a lot of experience from his new captain......Lee Burns.

Brilliant start for Brodie- he appears to have come on as a second half sub and to have sent off about ten minutes later

Evidently Tilbury are appealing against Brodie's red card. The sending off was for a high boot but they feel that the opponent ducked down to try and head the ball.
