Me too ,I am not a techie and I was having problems logging in ,so I contacted Jack and he guided me through the maze.So we'll done Jack ,top banana!!

Logged in with new streaming log in details and instructions as per Jack's email with no problems at all.
Excellent video cover to date along with clear commentary. Only downside has been when in conversation at interview or second commentator, volume levels drop. Vast improvement. Well done guys!
