Take my hat off to you Gaz. I wouldn't have the first idea of how all this stuff works and if you one day decided that you no longer wanted to devote your precious time to things like this, I'm not sure who would take up the mantle. Muchos gracias.

Another victim of GDPR? I had to help my Ecommerce Manager sort out over 27000 mailing lists before putting in the re-directs as well as sorting out our Feefo database! Not much fun and very time consuming.

It's just a shame that we have all got to start over again on here, I had a long and hard think before re-registering and I know from the last time we moved to a different forum there was a lot less traffic and interest did drop slightly. Let's hope everyone gets back on board.

Thanks Gary, have you got any safe guards in place in case the same thing happens again. Also noticed, that this new area is not secure, if you need funds to secure a SSL plugin please let me know, I don't mind chipping in.

Could you add the link to the new site on the old Forum page (http://puredfc.com/forums/index.php), as I had that saved as a bookmark but if I go there now I just get a 404 Error/page not found. Maybe a lot of people are doing the same thing and just assuming that the site is down for a while rather than not existing anymore.

This should be working now - it appears to be at my end, but if you can test it, that'd be great.

If you don't hear back from me re: activating your account, please email puredfc@gmail.com. It's more than likely that you've got an email/IP address which looks like a spammer. Already into the mid 30's in 36 hours.

Thanks for getting a new forum set up so quickly, it must be gutting to lose the database.

Just a watch out but my account activation request and confirmation emails were sent straight to my spam box so might be worth checking in there first.

Sorry, only just got back on laptop. It's working ok now.
