Surely if your CV stands up to very close scrutiny that is to say that over many years you have been successful nearly everywhere you have been that to me would suggest that persons attitude, personality and egoism cant possibly be an issue.

Happy chappy,
The club pay the wages after an agreed budget controlled by the club. If any manager goes to the board and asks can we afford this and is then told they cant, that's the end of the subject. It's the same at any well run club of which DFC most definitely are.
