It's increasingly looking like the 10 million lottery grant negotiated by the government is going to be a lot of money down the drain which could have been deployed elsewhere now.
The only chance of saving our season, albeit a slim one, is if enough clubs furlough their players to force the government into a u-turn on the grants/loans fiasco.

Tonbridge Angels have joined the furlough brigade, as have Dover from upstairs.

This season should never have started and has descended into chaos. I wanted the season to finish but in light of our Kent rivals furloughing their teams, I think we should follow suit. If our board are wise, they should do what is right for the future of our great club.

Yeah, it was a good watch.
The general opinion seems to be it will all be over in the next day or two.

Was a brilliant watch and all three managers where amazing, love him or hate him , White is so watchable!!!

Agree the points Doswell, White and SK made were excellent.

I do think we need to look towards a re structure at non league level and look towards the lower end od the EFL and upper National leagues being regionalised as they were many years ago.

Something needs to be done at lower league level so that clubs can operate financially securely. There will always be individuals who bankroll their clubs through the leagues such as Salford, Fleetwood and FGR but often it ends in disaster a few years down the line, the most recent example I guess would be Dover as Jim Parmenter who looks to have run out of money to keep Dover operational at this stage. In addition to Bury and Macclesfield.

I always remember Colne Dynamo being the next big thing several years ago, not sureif they are even still a team.
