Ba could have scored at Billericay after a slide rule pass from Tom Knowles cut the defence, but rolled the ball wide of the far post. Did look pretty good, but then he should have really, given the level he came from.

If he'd been recalled by Southend, what was he doing playing for 'Ricay?
