sorry spike but i would have to disagree with you about ben i just dont see what he brought to the team.
the old guard are the only ones for me who can come out with any credit noble, vint, bonners and bradders who we will find it hard to replace
I know this forum is all about different views , but for me vint and bonner have had a few good games but in others have been all over the place and conceding form crosses week in week out, bradders has saved us a few times this season but for me noble is the only player that is 100% sure of being signed next season (that's if he wants to stay ?)

Hi Rambo, sorry to hear about your health issues and for the record I have missed your postings, along with Dukes, Grassbanks and Mad Mods etc. You have made some valid points and should the managers be moved on to make way for someone new, then you do need to look at the role TB plays within the club. Although, I doubt he would do anything for nothing in the same manner as Dave or Steve, our well respected board members. I guess he is on a tidy sum that could be invested better in other areas and like you, I want to see real change.
In an ideal world, I would like to see a manager that not only oversees the first team but also the academy. He would also ensure that all teams play the same brand of football and not the hoofball variety we have been used to. Its never nice to see anybody fail in the job, especially when they manage DFC but I really can't see a way back for F & C and I would like to see our board make a brave decision and find the right replacement at the earliest opportunity. If you want a quick fix for the first team I would go for Kinnear but to get a manager that can do the full works of combining our academy & first team then I haven't a clue. I wanted Heyrettin but he works under John Still and other than that nobody really stands out, possibly Wilkinson, who was one of the applicants last time around. Oh well, it might be a good Easter Monday!

Unless he was injured and regardless of how he was playing and I don’t think he was anywhere near as bad as everyone else, why take off Lee Noble.
I keep hearing from the managers how players aren’t giving 100% in games and haven’t been for a while and they certainly weren’t this game.
So why take off our best player who will never give less than 100% regardless of how ineffective he was yesterday when he’s obviously left on some players they feel are not giving their all.
No sense whatsoever and terrible management.

Adam Flanagan after the 6-0 humiliation to a relegation threatened side who haven’t won in over 3 months.
“There are players not good enough, who haven’t got the heart, passion or desire”
What do they do....take off the little fella with the most ability, biggest heart and the most passion and desire on the pitch.
Again unless he’s injured this needs explaining.

Glad Lee was taken off.
He was not party to the poor attitude some others displayed, and I assume Flan was giving a nod to the Fans, and Lee, as an acknowledgement of that fact.

I think I see your thinking but this is not how to manage a football club/team. If this is the case.

I guessed Lee was substituted because he had been booked early on and he is absolutely vital for us in the next two games.

Kent , remembering the sort of Player Flan was, and the man he is, he will only care about those who fight in the Trenches, as Elliot also does. He would not worry about anything at that moment - Other than doing right by Lee.

Arty, sorry to give you the time of day, but where have I critisised you for what you say. You regaled us with your funny remarks and have let everyone and their dog know that you are a true Dartford supporter. My post was meant as a funny toward you lying in the streets of Barcelona. I'm sorry if you have not got a funny bone in your body. Sincerely. But you obviously didn't pick up on that, you went straight to my remark re not going on Monday.
With all the what is being said on here, you had a go at that??? I am the only one on here that has said they won't be there on Monday. I don't think it'll make much difference to the gate receipts, and I certainly don't think it will make a difference to the performance.
So, if you are back from Spain, enjoy the game tomorrow and give Elliot my regards.
Having said all that I will take you to your word. I'll get off your case.
Carry on the good work.
