Wynter will then go back to where he started which is RB with the battle between Vint, Bonner & Hill for the 2 CB positions, we urgently need a LB though, shame they let a decent one go ay.

M1 Have a read of this Q & A with Flans, it mentions Mark O plus more in it.

Also partly mentions why Luke Warner-Eley was released.

The powers that be gave an update in Saturday's programme and the notes appeared on the club twitter feed too. Anyway everyone go to the club website and a lot will be revealed and explained. Beaten to it.

The Club's twitter feed is very useful for those unable to attend matches with plenty of updates. Our opponents twitter feeds are also worth a look for their point of view, of course being official feeds any criticism is politely put. Don't be put off by twitter, you don't have to sign up to read most feeds and I haven't. You just cannot post a tweet, same as this forum really.
The A F interview should have made things a bit clearer and more understandable.

I think Adam's statement, although carefully worded, makes it quite clear why Luke was released.

Arthur Horsfield wrote: Sun Sep 01, 2019 10:43 pm Speculation, guessing and assumption. Some describing words to the statements made. Having played the teams currently filling 1st 2nd and 3rd yes the 123 in the league standings along with Weymouth in 7th and our nemesis in Chelmsford we are where we are. Yes under TB we missed out on winning the league by goal difference. But I totally 100 per cent and sincerely believe this league given its corruptive wage payment scheme is miles more tougher than previous seasons. Whilst I did agree with the view we should be doing better upon reflection why should I? And why should we. Because of our history. Because of the Ernie, Glen, Peter and other fellows years. That's nonsense we have no divine right to think we should be amongst the elite through history. Anyone who thinks because of the past should take a reality check. So back to the current season. It is irrational to judge until every team has played each other. I.e after 21 games. Thats rationale. No one will of course because they think they are better. But seriously what is the alternative. Sack the managers, get another ? He or she fails. Sack him or her. He or she fails. Sack him or her are you starting to get it. Its nonsense. Yes I am disappointed with our current league placing but as I said earlier having played the TOP 3 etc we should maybe take a chill pill and start to support the club and management greater than we are at the moment
I like you Arty, I really do, but I reckon that you have probably single-handedly tripled the amount of critical comments on this forum simply by posting ludicrous nonsense like that above, because it simply cannot be allowed to go unanswered.

The league is only "miles more tougher" because we are miles more worse. (Apologies to Mr James, my old English teacher). I have absolutely no doubt that with the right leadership we are more than capable of getting promoted again.

If everything improves we are, at best, going to end up in mid-table. What do we do then? Are we saying that mediocrity is now good enough? All you seem to be doing is rationalising our failures and paving the way for future failure on the grounds that it is the best we can hope for. Is that going to be Jamie & Adam's legacy? To lower everyone's aspirations until they reach a depth that they can live up to.

I refuse to believe any of the nonsense above. If the management share your views that the current level of achievement is all that can be achieved then this simply reinforces my view that the sooner we get shot of them the better. It will happen, it's just a matter of how long it takes the board to come to their senses.

No offence mate. See you tomorrow. ;)
This is not a dig at Arty but well said spike. You seem to articulatly put what I think far better than I can.
