Yes Reggie Baby think everybody is on board , just think we are all perplexed by the first half performances. Who knows what the problem is but I just don't understand how we can play like two different sides in every game. We are top, albeit only because we have played considerably more games than most. We are all behind Kingy that's for sure and are grateful that we have such a great club.
Mr Trump, I think the lack of Fans at Bericote Princes Park,( PP from now on), is huge. Yes the same for all clubs but in reality it's not. I cast my mind back to the Maidstone 2 all draw last season. The equaliser from McQueen late on reminded me of the atmosphere at Watling Street. I am of the belief that the class of players we have would react to the fans from the word go. Yes Kingy definitely has the knack to gee them up we can all see that, but just a hunch it would all be so different. Put it like this a busy PP would have seen us at least 9 points better off I'm sure.
Love once again to all.
Reggie

Jack Jebb's game suffers because of the fact that Jacob and Noor are not on the pitch with him. Plus his delivery on free kicks are poor. To be replaced yesterday by Jacob was a sideways step but because of Jacob's ability did give us a bit of bite. Yes, Jacob changed the game but Luke ran all game and got my MOTM.
Also a tad disappointed on Elliot's miss on the far post, Charlie would have scored. But there you go. Two points dropped.
Also, Ijaha was so much better second half.

Jebb's delivery on free kicks was poor, but he is supposed to be a dead ball specialist- pretty damning really!

Pretty Certain that a busy Princes Park stadium sorry I meant Bericote powerhouse Princes Park Stadium would see us both perform better and would have culminated in many more points this season, more than many other clubs. Its not a normal season we all realise so I'm at a point now with all the shaninigans going on to simply plod on. Kingy got us from the relegation zone to nearly promotion in such a short space of time. This season cannot be judged to the nth degree but still we sit top, so for me onwards and upwards. What will be will be this season. Let's all stay grouped and committed. Be thankful for such a wonderful club we have. I cant think of many (if any) that are totally debt free. Playing within the fair play rules as opposed to many of our opponents. Maybe give Steve a further three years to continue his revolution. I think its a great partnership. A club that will give every penny it can thats for sure for the budget, and in such a competitive league with others cheating by living beyond their means, Steves ability to recruit to the standards he does within that, I believe could take us as far as we want to go. Been said by us all before I know but just reiterating.
Anyway,
Love to every one of you.
Reggie
I'm not sure there's much division Reg. Perhaps a lot of the comments reflect the utter frustration of the fans caused by us having to become armchair supporters, like all the "fans" of Man Utd, Liverpool, etc, and not truly supporting our team from the terraces, which is after all what sets us apart as fans of "real football".
I think we all recognise the incredible improvements that Kingy has delivered, both in terms of the quality of players now at the club and results, even though we have gone off the boil a bit in recent matches.
I'm really struggling to maintain my enthusiasm for the Darts at the moment, which I feel a bit ashamed to admit, especially as we're top of the league. I really hate watching the Darts on my laptop, but it is still marginally better than nothing as a means of keeping in touch. I so miss standing on the terraces with fellow fans supporting the team as I feel sure it must be tough for the team to raise their games in an empty Princes Park. Still it must be the same for other clubs too I guess.
Roll on season 2021/22.... whatever league we are in!

My extra time comments relate to the general malaise amongst supporters shown on here after yesterday, as much as the general 'first half' malaise the players seem to be showing on the pitch. Without referring to all the points, I would suggest to all supporters that Dartford is THE best run National League club. We have a board who recognise the needs and supply the readies for our community club and show great appreciation of their supporter base. We have a manager who is as honest as the day is long and says how it is, he recognises the problems and just needs time to find the best way for the team, no-one can hide and remember, we are not yet even halfway through the season, just 18 games of 40 played. So to have the most points in the bank so far is hardly a failure, and I recognise before I am reminded, that others have games in hand. Points in the bank are more worthy for me. They normally say don't even look at the league table before Christmas, and we have 3 or 4 more games before we reach the equivalent Christmas tally of games played. So I urge all to keep the faith and continue to get behind the team, I for one expect SK to come up trumps, if we are allowed to continue to play, then we will at least make the play offs which in this season of dither and delay, is a major achievement.
And as pointed out pre-match, yesterday was going to be no walk over which I think many expected. After the two week league delay, a local derby against a team with new, experienced management and players all wanting to impress their new manager, the form book could be torn up. A big positive that Darts clawed back and perhaps should have won the game.
