I thought Steve Irving gave a very balanced view of the current situation, as did indeed Marc White, although I am not usually a fan of his! Just let those teams who wish to play on in the North and South divisions do so in an equitable fashion, hold the playoffs, and have the promotion and relegation from the National division. After all, if the National continue to play, then all clubs, if they so wish, should also have the opportunity to complete the season. If some clubs don't wish to continue, let them pull out without penalty. But let those who do want to continue, play on.
I'm sure sponsors will hang on in there for clubs who try to do the right thing, whether it be commercial or club supporters.
To me, by stopping, there are all sorts of problems for clubs stuck in the middle of players contracts and commercial contracts
Of course, I would love fans to be able to attend PP, but if we can't, then streaming is the next best thing, which I am more than happy to follow, given these strange times. Anything to keep the club functioning, whether we end up in the play offs or not.

Was the Bernstain Report ever circulated to clubs in the end? Never heard that it was. And if not, it is an absolute disgrace to the National League heirarcy.

According to the league web site, only five games due to be played in our league tomorrow. However, nine fixtures are shown for Tuesday night including our home match against Eastbourne. Any guesses to how many of these will actually take place?

Frankly Pete, just about everything concerning the manner in which the National League heirarchy has handled itself this season has been a complete and utter disgrace. I still can't believe that those responsible haven't been held to account.... yet!

For me, one of the drivers for the NLS and NLN being completed this season would be the inevitable and warranted relegation from the top flight of Dover. At least that would be a tiny little bit of justice for Jim Parmenter's role in this fiasco/fraud.

If they decided on no promotion no point playing anymore games.

I completely agree, Parmenter seems to have the NL Board in his hand, I just can't believe what he has got away with this season. This is why the NLS and NLN clubs must do everything to ensure season is completed and promotion and relegation happens..... to make sure Dover are relegated!!!!!

According to the latest video on YouTube by Marc White the league have now been awarded free Covid testing. Not sure who is paying for it.
