Had major problems getting on stream but eventually got on at 36 mins , still dont know why as I have used it several times without a problem
I have commented before on lack of clear cut chances created by the midfield 3 and the two full backs and yesterday was another example of this as the [penalty] foul on NGhoul and the two headers [ from corners] were our only worthwhile chances

I watched MOTD last night and Alan Shearer bemoaned the lack of quality crosses into the box from wide positions , so its NOT just us !!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps it will all click into place v Tonbridge , tuesday night ?????

I am sure the manager said Ronnie's loan had been extended so we will not be seeing him back soon Tony.

I was aware of that. A club can always recall a player from a loan arrangement before the term of that loan expires. I don’t think we will though - centre half is not a problem position to us unless we get injuries or suspensions.

Ozzymadis or whatever , if being loyal, honest and loving the club and not berating the players after a draw against our higher payed rivals is being like a broken record, then I want to be a broken record like Reg, I know who I would rather be in the trenches with

No problem Lenny, you're broken. In the trenches!!! God save us.
Duke, as said, I think we need a decent winger. No, not Ryan. We had plenty of crosses yesterday, just not quality.

Only one winger has caught my eye in Kent football over the past few years and that is Joe Turner at Tonbridge. At least he would get balls into the box and score 10 plus goals a season. Unfortunately, these type of players are few and far between and not really SK's cup of tea.

Genuine question. How does everyone on here know what players are getting paid? What website do I go on to view this?

I also had difficulty signing into the match yesterday and instead of easily signing in as a season ticket holder, I just paid for the game. Not too concerned about that either myself as I have been receiving the match day eprogramme.
To begin with the ending, it all seemed very friendly between the 2 sets of players. In fact, too friendly, with no social distancing at all and a few chats going on. Then it all kicked off and the streaming also cut very quickly too. I wonder whether something was said as captain Tom seemed to look over as though he had seen or heard something as it did kick off. If the teams had maintained social distancing, it would not have happened. If Craig was red carded after the game, then perhaps part of his defence will be the footage of the incident when he was kicked in the head because I thought Grant should have been red carded for the challenge on my only one viewing of the incident.
As to the game itself, it was certainly missing a stadium full of fans. Certainly should have been the one penalty to us, but didn't see the 2nd clearly enough. A couple of excellent saves from their keeper too, especially from Essam. Although it was an end to end game, and both teams were evenly matched, I do understand the frustrations of supporters because, like me, we were hoping for all 3 points and it is disappointing that St Albans are gaining an advantage over us without them even playing a game. I think that is a big frustration, especially when there is so much talent in the squad.
To me, the other frustration is seeing so many high ball crosses into the penalty area and coming to nothing - I prefer to see some variation of seeing balls driven low and hard into the 6 yard box with the chance of a ricochet off a defender or a tap in. For all the ability, we seem to delay getting the ball into the area. But then again, I would make the same comment on some of the Premier League football I have seen too, so don't want to be too harsh on our lads. I'm happy at being second in the table, but would prefer to be top, especially if it ever comes down to points per game in deciding the automatic promotion place during these crazy times.

Hopefully, we can kick on again on Tuesday night.

I completely agree Dukey. The service being provided to the forwards has been very poor. It's not as if they are missing hatfuls of chances! I know we joke about having Haysie back, but that's the benchmark.

L'Ghoul showed some promising touches, but for me, like the team generally, he needs to do more on terms of actually creating chances.
