Don I know that of course. But ask the many not the few. I had no intent on coming back on recently but had to put a point over in reply to The Duke. Now The Duke made his point in good faith and I mentioned something in reply. All fine and healthy. I tagged about White and then.... The forum isn't well respected by many higher up the DFC ladder. I have tried to make light on many occasions and indeed faced huge criticism for daring to support Adam and Jamie and even TB in the past of what I regarded disgraceful treatment and even up to yesterday it was still mentioned AT me. I have spoken to many other forum guys face to face who know the score. The Don wrote: ↑Mon Nov 09, 2020 8:59 amReginald Horsfield wrote: ↑Mon Nov 09, 2020 8:55 am I totally give up. Reg.
Re: Dorking Saturday 7 November
Reg, you stood up for Jamie and Adam because your a Dartford football club supporter and try to encourage rather than criticise, nothing wrong with thatReginald Horsfield wrote: ↑Sun Nov 08, 2020 9:26 pmI turned off after 28 seconds as I couldn't take anymore. This was the guy when i went around to his dug out to complain about the treatment being dished out to Romain said to me " its my ground i will have you thrown out" this is the guy that has an entourage hanging both around him and off him. He is not clever, he is not a football genius. For the sake of the tape Kebabus I went onto watch the rest of the video where he admits he has put 2 or 3 million pound into it. And that's the point when they all reach the level where the cash can take them no further it all comes to abrupt end. As for your dig at me for supporting the previous management duo ( I tell you what, why don't you call them Adam and Jamie) yes I did support them. I supported them against some huge slagging from this platform, the same as I supported Tony B against slagging he got (Tony will remember what he said to me At Wealdstone away ) also on this forum. As for using the term ignorance another insult. I've only come on here and jested around largely and privately had a laugh and a joke with the many fans at the grounds. But for you to use it as a point that I dont have humility (among others), stood up for Adam and Jamie, possibly ignorant, all criticism from you. The best thing I can say is "give yourself a day off'.Kebabus wrote: ↑Sun Nov 08, 2020 8:57 pm Reggie - Turning the video off after 28 seconds does not give you his full story.....it’s impressive what he achieved at such a young age in his work but mesmerising what he has achieved at Dorking. Whether you like what or how he says it in an interview, the bloke has done wonders for Dorking and being a life long Dartford fan, would do all that for my club given the opportunity.
We have a fantastic set up, more fan base and a manager that we have waited for who should of come in after TB (someone of his experience & of his ability)
Fair play to Dorking, they beat us, we all need to at least get over that and have some humility.
I know exactly what The Don meant and so should you Reg as your blind faith (or is it ignorance) is clouding your view. You are the one person who was wax lyrical about the previous management duo, remember?
Who are you to judge ?

JCJ Thank you.

Reg, not wishing to drag this on - I am really not trying to dig you out but I just think sometimes we ought to be more gracious in defeat and acknowledge what a fantastic job other clubs have done (in particular Dorking). No issues with you standing up for A&J, a lot of people will disagree with your point of view but good on you. I think the common denominator on this forum is we all bleed black and white, whether people at the club enjoy the forum or not isn't one that ought to concern people when they voice their opinion. Congrats to Dorking for doing a job on us, lets hope we can do the same to them at their place.

Re: Dorking Saturday 7 November
Got it all of our chests, I was fully behind any Dartford manager(s) to a point too.
I agree with the Don, it is important to have differing views and not worry too much as it's a game of opinions.
I do bleed Black and White too, it hurts to lose, but fair play to Dorking and their owner,
Have to take a step back and apologise to Reg, as my choice of words could have been better a couple of times.
Onwards and upwards...

Re: Dorking Saturday 7 November
As a newcomer I have no knowledge of the clubs magnificent history, but I do know how to apologise. Saturday I was livid when rumours came out about Dorking bringing down two coaches and Dorking fans being let in( should of known that was not true they not gone any
) but joking apart , on talking to those in the no, that was bollox. Dorking followed every rule , and our club let only those who were on the list in. A massive apology to both clubs for jumping in feet first with no real facts.Reg tho u are right , I went to Dorking when the only cars in car park where those going shopping , think the don has a man crush, that’s fine in this day and and age maybe he and White can do strictly together
