At the Moment Flans and coyle are the managers and talk of replacements I feel is wrong, They have made mistakes and when reading a recent interview from Flans on kent on line I getting the feeling they know they have made mistakes and want the oppertunity to put things right.

I remember our first season at conference south level was pretty much the same as this season, then TB kicked on the next season and we gained promotion via playoffs, I just hope next season we have more players that are Dartford players not loan players even though I think Wynter has been a good player this year better at right back than midfield in my opinion and would love to see him back as a Dartford player next season but cannot see Maidstone letting him go.

Might be wrong on this as well but the player togetherness was not there this year, someone has said about money certain loan players were on and maybe that had something to do with it also I have in my opinion noticed certain players not wanting to pass the ball for example Driver when he has played seems to look at an alternative rather than passing to Haysie and at times times lost the ball by doing this, times I felt like saying give it to Haysie because no one will put a better cross in than him.

Next season players I would like to see a new goalkeeper or sign Vose sorry but Wells is not up to it and I know he made some good saves saturday but also in my opinion was to blame for Oxford's equaliser,
defence of Wynter, Vint, Bonner and Mark O (Sorry but Johnson does not feel me with confidence)

Midfield Haysie Noble Greenhalgh

strikers Pugh, McQueen (Can't See us being able to kepe hold of him) sherringham and Murphy only as back up need a good 20 goal plus striker added but once again money will be a problem, shame Roberts went the way he did as I think he could have been 20+ goal a season player but no one is bigger than the club.

Oh Dear Arthur  not a fan?? i have been supporting DFC for over 50 years + so how dare you?
We seem to be getting a lot touchy feely on this forum at the moment , and if you cant see past a little light entertainment , then i feel sorry for you ? if you read my post properly then you would of understood that the comment of banning humour was a direct "tongue in cheek" response to the previous post in which you started ? Laugh HA HA !!
As mentioned earlier this is no place for Snowflakes FFS :(
And you can respond now with some other crap about loyalty, but to tell you the truth ; i couldn't give a f****!! Pathetic!!!

I can respect Arthur for his loyalty, but I would argue that his loyalty is to people he is close to, whereas my loyalty is to our club. There's nothing wrong with either type of loyalty, but we each have to go with our hearts. I just don't believe that our current managers are up to the job and if they are still here next season I think it will end very badly for them and us. Morale in the squad is very low and I'm expecting many departures. Some people are talking about retaining loan players without seeming to understand that they are not ours to keep. Wynter and McQueen are both good players but even if their clubs are willing to release them, they would effectively be completely new signings that would need to be negotiated from scratch. I'm not sure these players would even want to come here if we can afford them. Please let's not hear anymore talk of how it takes time to rebuild. That argument only works if you have started rebuilding and we haven't even laid a brick. WE HAVE MADE ZERO PROGRESS IN TERMS OF REBUILDING!

Flanners and Coyley seem like nice guys, but I do genuinely believe it would be in everyone's best interests if they walked away.

No one person is bigger than the club, I just hope that our excellent board do their thinking with their heads and not their hearts. Nobody likes to see anyone lose their jobs but if Arsenal or Tottenham finished in 10th place in the Premier League then they would be looking for a new manager. Why should it be any different at our level.

Spike I really do understand your points. You put them across in a well mannered way. I can understand many of the supporters points however no one answers the point if a person was at the helm and he didn't get IMMEADIATE success next season would the way forward be to sack him. I understand your viewpoint about progress and how you feel we haven't made any. But a simple sack a manager everytime we don't go up or whatever line in the sand you wish to make the winning /judgement line is certainly not mine. Obviously I know we didn't but had we won Saturday this conversation

And sorry Spike mate one last thing and I do exclude you but i believe there are many on here who have wanted this for the best part of the season. I mentioned vitriol and I believe that at times this has become personal to a disgraceful level. To players and staff that is.

Sorry Arthur, to finish 10th in this division below Concord, Welling & Wealdstone etc, with a huge negative goal difference is not acceptable. Even when TB had his first season back after relegation we finished 7th but at least we looked a decent outfit. Nobody has said anything nasty or abusive towards the managers, we all agree they are decent people. However, you need to look at the timeline of the season to see that things have gone wrong from the very off as per Alexdarts has just stated.
