Firstly Academy is a must for any team. In any league if u get one player good enough to play at an higer level then job done .... then the hard bit starts Financial agreement different ball game altogether clubs want youngsters on the cheap ebou was a prospect but should of stayed at Dartford. For another year our standard of football is different than Norwich city fc and he now plays down the road Which at the moment is a long road from dfc Not heard a lot about Eisa this season at. Bristol city fc. A name to throw in the pot Kevin Lisbie scoring goals at cray vAlley f c lower Lge. But we had one from the same Lge last season duke go and watch some time

Ryno not included in Concord’s squad again. DOA & Bertie on the bench for Woking. Pavey also starts on the bench for Havant

DOA, Bertie & Pavey all left in order to play regularly and have a place in the starting XI. Goes to show that the grass isn’t always greener. As for Ryno, quite clearly Concord don’t appreciate the talent that they have on their hands.....

Why? He's doing okay at Eastleigh. He must be crazy if that's true.

Again, that’s about the 3rd time isn’t it and from what I recall their fans didn’t appreciate the way he left last time to go back to Gillingham I think it was and take some players with him.

Based on recent events it is a " nailed on certainty " that Ryan Hayes will join us ON LOAN very soon as the messiah [ saviour] , final part of the Duo's faith in their masterplan !!!

Hey Dave, that wouldn't be a bad shout as Ryan carried TB for many years and was his "get out of jail free" card. I know that you have never liked him but nobody can deny the fact, that without his contribution over the years we would have been a bottom half mediocre team at best. Had Tony had been more positive last season by deploying him in his much preferred 4-3-3 we would have been playing in the Conference National instead of having the best comedy double act since Laural & Hardy at the helm.

The margins at this level are very fine and one player could make a huge difference. To me it's a no brainer to get Ryan on board, in view of the players recruited thus far. His love for the club and the effort and sheer weight of assists & goals would give everyone a huge lift, which at this point of time is much needed.

By the way Dave, you have got what you wanted, a Vint & Hayes free team along with Coyle as manager. All their pre-season talk of better football was nothing short of a kick in the private's to TB and now we are playing even more hoofball. The managers need to act swiftly, get him back, end the circus of loan signings and play players in their correct positions, just keep things simple and don't over complicate matters. If they can't do that then I wish one of both just walk and I say that with a heavy heart about Flanners as he has always has time to speak with me.
