Yes Dave T, it did the same to me from the word go and I never resolved it. I got a message indicating that it had sent the code to my email but I never received it.

Once you enter the pass code it will send you another email. I also changed over to Firefox and the picture seems clearer .
Also remember the people doing this are all volunteers

I think the thing that's winding me up the most is the commentary. They are totally underplaying this utter shambles of a service and making it seem as though there's a few isolated "issues". They keep saying it all seems okay now but it isn't. I reckon I've had in total about 20 mins of fragmented viewing, but I've been far too angry to watch it.
