Even Tom Champion was an unused sub last weekend.

Duane and Bertie both on the bench for Woking today. They have signed a new experienced goalkeeper.
Knowles was on the bench for Cambridge.

A bizarre choice! I didn't think he had even been starting matches for Braintree.

Caught the eye of the Braintree manager!! Wow, that took some doing. He was hardly on the pitch towards the end of last season.

I thought he was clever and was quite excited by him at the start of the season and was really disappointed when tony decided to marginalise him half way through the season.

Del a Verde is just 1 of 100s that are excellent " youth " footballers , very technically able , who just cannot make the step up into " Mens football " , many years ago lads of 16/17 were thrust into Mens football , kicked up in the air a few times and it either built character or NOT , thats the main reason why so many teenagers played at a higher level than current, although admittedly this doesn't apply with the high number of foreign players in the football leagues but it certainly does at the higher end of non league football !!!!!!!

With ONLY Ronnie Vint and Deren Ibriaham being the only 2 Darts Academy lads to play consistantly [ Ebou Adams and Mo Eisa escaped elswhere ] for the Darts first 11, you really have to question [ unless its real purpose is to augment the Clubs funds] IF there are any real benefits of the Academy to the Dartford first team ?????????
